• Copy of both parents’ Thai ID cards (Thai Nationals) or Copy of both parents' passports and the student's passport (Foreign Nationals)
• Copy of the student’s House Registration Certificate and both parents’ House Registration Certificates
• Copy of the student’s previous academic record(s)
• Student's photos in an IBS school uniform with a blue background (1.5-inch size photo)
• Recent family photo (including student(s) and parents)
